Located inside the historic Hotel Lucia in downtown Portland, Imperial is chef-owner Vitaly Paley's second restaurant. The recipient of many accolades, including Sunset Magazine's Hotel Restaurant of the Year in 2016 and Restaurant of the Year by the Willamette Week in 2015, Imperial's kitchen is centered around a wood fire grill and rotisserie.

Helmed by executive chef Matthew Jarrell, Imperial's menu reflects Oregon's bounty and offers updated takes on tried-and-true American dishes. The restaurant's sustainable approach extends to its nightly cut menu, which features a rotating selection of specialty cuts from steer raised expressly for Imperial in Eastern Oregon.
