Ken's Artisan Bakery is a bustling bakery and patisserie in Portland's Northwest neighborhood. 

When he opened the bakery in 2001, Ken Forkish changed the bread game in Portland, receiving national and international attention for his breads and pastries. In 2012, he published Flour Water Salt Yeast (Ten Speed Press), for which he won a James Beard Award and an IACP Cookbook Award.
