The Walter Collective is a small batch "gypsy distiller" producing fine gin and vodka in the Pacific Northwest. Named after founder Matt Melaik's grandfather, The Walter Collective uses exceptional and unexpected ingredients to craft spirits that honor tradition while also creating spirits that are distinctively modern.

It took more than a year and 300 variations to finalize the recipe for The Walter Collective Gin. The final bill includes grapefruit, lemon, cassia, Italian juniper berries, and cardamom. It’s well-structured, complex and delicious. The Walter Collective Vodka is made with spelt and triticale; it's distilled twice: once for purity, twice for smoothness; the result is a vodka for a gin drinker, a martini's vodka.
