Virtuous Pie, which gained immediate success after its Vancouver, Canada location opened in 2016, opened this June on SE Division Street in Portland’s Hosford-Abernethy neighborhood. The fast-casual restaurant serves a 100% plant-based menu of handcrafted pizzas and artisanal ice cream. 

Virtuous Pie’s innovative menu features sustainable and locally-influenced food options in an inclusive and welcoming environment. The plant-based pizzas combine unique flavor pairings and house-made nut cheeses, including cashew mozzarella, almond ricotta and non-GMO tofu feta. In addition to the feel-good food and creative dairy-free ice cream, Virtuous Pie’s new location partnered with Portland’s Heart Coffee Roasters for a drip coffee and espresso program centered around house-made nut milks.
