Takibi is a Pacific Northwest-inspired izakaya at Snow Peak U.S.A.’s headquarters in Portland, Oregon.

Chef Mayas Urban helms the open kitchen at Takibi, “campfire” in Japanese, serving a seasonal menu centered around the bounty of the Pacific Northwest and the elegance, refinement and precision of Japanese cuisine, technique and ingredients.

In the heart of Portland’s Alphabet District, the restaurant has soft natural wood textures and a welcoming dining room design. The connecting Snow Peak store offers some of the reliable camping and outdoor gear, made with a subtle yet timeless Japanese craft.
