New owners Executive Chef Tommy Shin, Pastry Chef Jennifer Quan, and Tracy Quan, lead a technique-driven team of chefs who create beautiful sushi, sashimi, and dishes of the highest quality ingredients sourced from the Pacific Northwest and Japan.
